I don’t know the whole context. Based on your article, I think it’s good for him that he got fired. He should have a better opportunity elsewhere where his talent can be utilized. Firing a very competent engineer because of some feedback? Maybe the problem is not him but the people who don’t want to work with him. Also, I don’t understand why doing the right thing is not the right thing. It seems to me that the issue in this organization hasn’t been resolved yet. It’s been swept under the rug.
